Ideas for outings
There are so many things to do on the island and further afield. Go to http://www.discoveranglesey.com or https://www.visitwales.com/destinations/north-wales/isle-anglesey for lots of ideas.
Why not try a trip on Stingray! We went to the Skerries and watched puffins fishing all around us! www.seafishingtrips.co.uk/index.htm
For the cyclists, why not try Green Lane Bike Tours? – https://greenlanebiketours.co.uk – they are great local company
Taxis, trains and buses
Why not leave the car or bike at Cae’r Bryniau and let someone else drive. We use Bwj’s taxi firm (01407 741377) and bus timetables are also available from the council on Anglesey Bus Timetables and there is a bus stop in the village.
Visitors often come to Anglesey by train with an excellent service to the North West and London. Check out the trains on https://www.thetrainline.com/
Shops
There is a wide range of shops on the island for your all grocery needs as well as a very good local shop in the village – click link
